Shelves that Slide Return Policy

We strive to satisfy and our quality keeps returns to a minimum however if you ever find you need to return one of our kitchen organization products we want to make that process as smooth and efficient as possible. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. You can either call us at 623-780-2555 or email us at service@shelvesthatslide.com

Not Satisfied - All of shelves that slide pull out shelves are custom made so we limit returns to two shelves. We are subject to restocking fees on our other lines of kitchen accessories and kitchen shelving storage products so we want to keep returns to a minimum. However if you are not satisfied with any product from Shelves that Slide you may return it postage paid within 15 days of receiving it for a refund of your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping costs and you must receive a return authorization number before shipping the product back. Again this applies to a maximum of two of our custom made shelves.

Your Mistake - You are human, occasionally you will make a mistake measuring your cabinets. We recommend measuring twice and reading the measuring guide carefully however if you make a mistake don't worry. Call or E-mail us  with the correct information and get a return authorization number. Send us the product back postage paid within 15 days of receiving it, we will get the proper size shipped out at no additional charge.

Our Mistake - We are humans and occasionally we make mistakes. If we make a mistake on any item simply email us15 days of receiving it . We will get the correct size shipped out along with a pre-paid label to return the incorrect  item postage paid.

Missing items - If you are missing anything or need additional parts please call or E-mail us and we will get you the items required.

Cancellation - If you decide you need to cancel an order for our custom pull out shelves for any reason there will be a cancellation charge of up to 25% depending on how far into production we are. If you cancel an order before we have started production there will not be a cancellation fee
