We guarantee our premium custom made pull out sliding shelves
to be free from manufacture's defects for as long as you own and live in your home
(ball bearing slides reduce the warranty to 5 years). If
our premium Baltic Birch roll-out shelves ever fail during normal use simply return the
defective item postage paid and we will repair or replace the item at no charge,
you just pay the shipping each way. Please see the

policy page for more information and be sure to obtain a return
authorization before returning any product. Our economy and New Line kitchen
storage shelves are guaranteed under normal use for a period of two years from
the date of purchase. If our economy or New Line shelf fails within this time
return the defective part postage paid and we will replace it at no additional
charge. Other pantry organizers, home organizers and cabinet accessories that we
carry but we do not manufacture have specific guarantees from the manufacturer.

accessories Why do we offer such a strong guarantee on our pull-outs?
Because our roll-out sliding shelves are built that well. We have been building
and installing our roll out shelves in Arizona for twenty years. When we first
started selling our premium shelves we offered a one year warranty. A few years
down the road we bumped that up to two years. Then one day we realized that five
years had passed and we still had not problems with the shelves so we decided we
might as well go to a lifetime warranty. Over twenty years latter and those first
shelves that slide are still sliding. In fact we have replaced only a handful of
shelves over the years and those were either an installer that made an error or
the shelves were overloaded or misused but we still took care of our customer. If you
install our pull-out shelves and kitchen accessories properly they will give you
a lifetime of service. When a kitchen organization product is well built it will
stand the test of time. Kitchen storage pull-outs and pantry organizers get used
every day so the quality of our roll out shelves has to be top drawer. The other
kitchen organizers and cabinet accessories that we carry such as rev a shelf
trash and recycle systems and rev-a-shelf lazy susans have been picked for their
quality. Rev a shelf believes in their products as we do in ours and most home
organization and pantry organizers they manufacture carry a lifetime warranty as
